· Implement clearer directions on workload
· Make clearer policies
· More meetings as a whole team vs. programs
· Problems of organization brought to the forefront for all staff
· Provide feedback
· Respect others’ time
· Smile
· Support the organization’s events and activities outside of work
· Trust building/team building exercises
· Utilize members and resources

Negative behaviors the team needs to decrease to improve performance:
· Behind door complaining
· Being redundant
· Complaining
· Fewer meetings
· Frowning
· Negativity
· Separation between programs
· Separation between work sites
